Privacy Policy

This is a translation for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Hebrew version prevails.
Rose It Up ("we", "us" or "the business") scopes, builds and implements custom business-management systems (CRM). We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected on roseitup.com (the "Site"), why, how it is stored, who it is shared with, and what your rights are. Your use of the Site and any details you submit through it are subject to this policy and to the Terms of Use.
1. What information we collect
- Information you submit in forms: name, phone, email, type of business and business name, and your answers to the quick-brief questions (such as number of employees, how the business is run today and what you would most like to improve).
- Consents: your acceptance of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, and your consent to be contacted and receive updates.
- Technical information: data generated while browsing, such as browser and device type, IP address, pages viewed and time of visit.
- Support requests: the support form for existing clients collects your name, phone, email, business or system name, request type, urgency, the screen where the issue occurred and a description of the request.
- Site usage data via Microsoft Clarity — only if you have accepted analytics cookies (see Section 6).
You are under no legal obligation to provide us with information. Providing your details is voluntary and with your consent, but without a name and phone number we will not be able to get back to you.
2. How we use the information
- To get back to you, schedule an intro call and understand what your business needs.
- To prepare a proposal and manage our relationship with you, including recording your inquiry in our management system.
- To send you updates and marketing content, in line with the consent you gave in the form (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To improve and secure the Site and prevent misuse.
- To comply with legal requirements.
3. Mailing
By submitting a form on the Site, you agree that we may contact you and send you updates and marketing content. You can withdraw your consent to mailings at any time — by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to us at office@roseitup.com. Even after unsubscribing from mailings, we will continue to get back to you regarding your inquiry itself. The support request form is used only to handle your request and does not add you to the mailing list. If you previously consented to receive updates, that earlier consent remains in effect until you ask to be removed.
4. Who we share information with
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information is shared only with service providers that help us operate the Site and the business, and only to the extent necessary:
- Vercel — hosting for the Site and our management system.
- Neon — the database for our management system.
- Resend — sending email messages from the Site.
- Google Workspace — the business's mailbox and documents.
- Microsoft Clarity — Site usage analytics, only with your consent.
- Anthropic — powering the digital assistant (AI chat) on the Site. The content of the conversation is sent for processing in order to answer you. Every conversation is also stored by us for up to 90 days — even if you did not leave any details — so that we can follow up, handle your request and improve our service, after which it is deleted. A member of our team may join the conversation and reply to you instead of the digital assistant; in that case they can see the content of the conversation. If you choose to leave contact details in the chat, they will be passed to us just like a form inquiry. We recommend not sharing sensitive information in the chat.
Some providers store information on servers outside Israel (for example, in Europe or the United States), in accordance with their terms of service and information-security measures. In addition, our team members are exposed to information only on a need-to-know basis and subject to a duty of confidentiality. Information may also be disclosed if we are required to do so by law or by an order of a competent authority.
5. Information security and retention
The Site operates over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to our systems is restricted and protected. We take reasonable, customary measures to protect information, but no system is 100% secure. We will retain information for as long as it is needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.
6. Cookies and Microsoft Clarity
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. The Site uses local browser storage for basic functionality — for example, to remember the accessibility settings you chose, your cookie preference, and the content of your conversation with the digital assistant for one week — so you can continue it if you return to the Site. You can delete it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.
If you consent, we will enable Microsoft Clarity, a tool that measures how the Site is used (for example clicks, scrolling and heatmaps) so that we can improve it. Clarity also records how you move through the page (mouse movements, clicks and scrolling) and lets us replay it afterwards to understand what works and what is confusing. By default, Clarity masks what is typed into form fields. The data is collected and processed by Microsoft in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement. If you choose "Essential only", Clarity will not load. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the Site, or by clearing the Site's data from your browser.
7. Your rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may review the information held about you and request that it be corrected if it is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date. You may also ask us to delete the information or to stop contacting you. For any such request, please write to us at office@roseitup.com, and we will handle it promptly.
8. Minors
The Site is intended for business owners and is not intended for minors under the age of 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page, together with the date of the update.
